
Meet our Support Services Team
The support services team makes sure our day-to-day operations run smoothly. These are the people who will greet you at the door and answer the phone every time you call during business hours. In addition, they provide the internal support that allows every other team to provide great service for our clients.

Donna Conley
Manager of Support Services
donna@merriman.comDonna oversees and manages the operational aspects of our Support Services department. She also works in close partnership with team directors and department managers to prioritize support services activities and resolve operating frustrations with the creation of appropriate systems. She assesses project and facilities issues and develops resolutions to meet quality, productivity and client satisfaction. She implements and assures internal systems meet company objectives as well as delivers appropriate levels of service to enhance the client experience.
Donna worked for 10 years in administration at Evergreen Hospital Medical Center before joining the Merriman team in 2003. She studied sports psychology with an interest in business as a full-time student at the University of Washington-Bothell while working at Evergreen Hospital.
A self-described sports nut, Donna has been working to lower her golf handicap. A Northwest native and longtime Seattle-area resident, she also enjoys writing and has authored an unpublished novel in poem form.

Heather White
Support Services
heather@merriman.comHeather supports the service needs of our firm, answering calls, greeting current and prospective clients at our downtown office, and preparing correspondence on behalf of the advising and marketing teams.
She brings a wide variety of professional experience to her job, having worked in office administration, retail management and event management. She attended Folsom Community College in Northern California and Seattle Central Community College.
Outside of work, Heather loves her family (Jeremiah and Penelope), her animals, travel, hiking, music, and vegetarian restaurants.

Amber Whitney
Support Services
amber@merriman.comAmber brings a variety of experience in hospitality, retail, and management to her position as Events Coordinator. She works with outside vendors and our staff, finalizing the details of our workshop series, in addition to numerous other office duties.
She graduated from Seattle Christian Schools and received her nurse’s assistant certification from Bellevue Community College.
Amber loves being outdoors and going out to eat. A native of Colorado, she currently lives in Kent with her husband, Jeff, and a cat, Fredrick.

Richard Williams
Support Services
richard@merriman.comRichard has many roles within the company including planning events, interacting with clients and scheduling meetings and functions. He also directly assists Jeff Merriman-Cohen, Colleen Lindstrom and Greg Berkman.
He is a graduate of Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and has a Bachelor of Science in Communication. He is a Certified Administrative Professional with the International Association of Administrative Professionals. He edits the newsletter for the Seattle chapter.
Richard actively volunteers in the art community and is an organic gardener. He lives on Capitol Hill with his partner, Mitch, and cat, Remy.
